Police Looking for Suspect Who Struck Man in Flushing Store

The police are looking for a suspect who allegedly struck a man in the back of the head while arguing at a store in Flushing earlier this month.

The suspect struck the victim in the back of the head after getting into a dispute inside the 40-02 Main Street store at around 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday, June 13, police said.

The victim, 49, sustained bruising to the head.

The unidentified suspect is described as black, approximately 20-30 years of age, 5 feet 8 inches tall, slim build and with a black beard.  He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and black baseball hat.
