NYPD: Man Breaks Into Flushing Business Twice, Victim Gets Him on Tape

The police are searching for a man who allegedly burglarized a Flushing business owner twice in the space of a week.

The suspect allegedly broke into 133-43 Roosevelt Ave. through a rear window at about 2 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, and took the victim’s costume jewelry and approximately $100 in cash.

The following Friday, Aug. 17, the suspect returned a little after 3 a.m. through the rear window and took $20 before exiting through the front door, police said.

The victim, however, caught the suspect going through the window on camera.

The suspect is described as about 40 years old, and was last seen wearing a white T-Shirt, unknown color pants and work boots.

How do they know this is the same guy who came in earlier in the week?
Maybe the guy who broke in first mentioned it to his criminal colleagues as easy pickings and someone else decided it was worth a try.
