A Brooklyn man is dead and another is listed in stable condition after being gunned down in their car while inside the College Point Multiplex parking lot early Saturday.
The police arrived on the scene, near the intersection of Ulmer Street and the Whitestone Expressway, at around 4:05 a.m. and discovered three men inside a black Hyundai Sonata.
The driver of the vehicle, Twayne Summers, 28, was shot in the head. His front seat passenger, a 36-year-old man, sustained gunshot wounds to the back; and a 36-year-old man in the back seat was uninjured.
Summers and the front seat passenger were both transported by EMS to New York Presbyterian Hospital- Flushing. Summers was declared dead on Jan. 20th.
The front seat passenger is in stable condition.
There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
