Two Men Wanted for Flushing Home Invasion: NYPD

Suspect (NYPD)

March 2, 2019 By Christian Murray

The police are searching for two men who barged their way into a woman’s Flushing apartment, before assaulting her and attempting to rob her.

The men allegedly rang the 55-year-old’s doorbell at around 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 27 and when she arrived at the door, they pushed their way into her apartment.

The men then punched her and put her into choke hold, according to police. They rummaged through her apartment but left with nothing.

The police didn’t provide the address of where the incident took place, but said it was in the vicinity of College Point Boulevard and Pople Avenue.

EMS responded and took the victim to an area hospital where she was treated for swelling to face and pain to her neck.

The suspects are both described as being black and about 6 feet tall. One man was wearing a black coat with a blue sweatshirt, dark jeans, and black sneakers, and white socks. The other was seen wearing a camouflage jacket with a brown hood.

Police believe the men drove to the apartment building in a white Escalade
