And a five year old has a cell phone, why?

I didn’t know it snowed this month. These guys are cowards. They either steal from elderly people or children – the ones who can’t defend themselves and then run away like cowards. I’m glad it’s a good picture of him and I hope he’s arrested and put in jail for the rest of his miserable life.

A five year old? And it was taken from him so it was out. He was probably playing with it. This is how you teach your children how to get hit by cars!
