Man Steals e-Bike, Punches Bike Owner in Face When Confronted: NYPD

The police are looking for a man in connection to a e-bike robbery that occurred in Flushing on Monday.

A 44-year-old man noticed the suspect removing his electric bike from a secure location in front of 136-21 41st Ave. at about 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 12.

The man chased after the thief and when he caught up, the suspect punched him in the face several times before making off with the bike.

The victim suffered bruising to the face, but refused any medical attention.
