Cheese lovers, rejoice.

The Great Northeast Cheese Fest returns for its fourth year on Dec. 7 at Flushing Town Hall, bringing loads of artisanal cheeses, top chefs and free drinks for attendees.

New York City chefs Hugue Dufour — of the famed M. Wells Steakhouse in Long Island City —and Chef Alfonso Zhicay of Casa Del Chef Bistro in Woodside will be presenting dishes alongside Vermont’s Cabot Creamery.

International chefs will also be on hand, stretching fresh mozzarella for guests and whipping up homemade donnolis — a doughnut-cannoli hybrid.

As a nod to the Korean influence in the neighborhood, Chef Stephen Yen will also be cooking up his own take on popular Korean snack tteokbokki — spicy rice cakes with mozzarella.

Guests will be able to pick up glasses of wine from Rooftop Reds, beer from Mikkeller NYC — a brewery located inside Citi Field — and cider from the Brooklyn Cider House to pair with the cheeses.

Industry experts will also be alongside cheese mongers and makers, aiding attendees as they sample and purchase cheeses from all over the region.

Cheeses will be available from the Northeast’s most renowned creameries, which includes individual variations of artisanal sheep’s milk tommes, sharp cheddars and goat cheeses, among others.

As part of this year’s festivities, The Great Northeast Cheese Fest will also be holding a “People’s Choice Awards” of its own, where attendees will be able to vote for their favorite cheeses of the night.
