When caught what jail time will they receive. Gift cards to Queens center mall and food gift cards to eateries on taxpayer dollars?? So glad Comrade Cuomo and all our demorats have law biding taxpayers safety in mind seeing they make bail immediately and shuffled away before any other agency can deal with them.
