44-Year-Old Man Found Dead Inside Kissena Park Sunday

The police found a 44-year-old man dead inside Kissena Park yesterday morning.

Police were called out to the park, at the intersection between Colden Street and Elder Avenue, at around 9 a.m. on Sunday, March 29, where they discovered the man on the ground inside the park.

The man was unconscious and unresponsive, according to police.

First responders later pronounced the man dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.

The man’s identity has not yet been released, pending family notification.
