Police are searching for a man who broke into a churchyard in Flushing last month and stole garden equipment.

Police said the suspect entered the rear parking lot at St. Paul Chong Ha Sang, located at 32-15 Parsons Blvd., on June 26 at around 10:35 p.m.

The suspect allegedly stole a red lawn trimmer from inside a shed on the premises worth around $200, police said.

He then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

Police said the thief was last seen wearing a T-shirt, gray shorts and black sneakers. He was carrying a backpack and seen holding the lawn trimmer on his right hand.

The NYPD released video of the suspect taken during the alleged incident.

Anyone with information in regard to the identities of the males is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.

All calls are strictly confidential.

How about he looks white and has a full arm tattoo? Why are reports of crime more like fashion show descriptions? The fact that he’s not wearing a mask and stealing from God’s house, repeal the bail laws and put him in jail and don’t let him out.
