Police Release Video of Wild Shootout in Corona, Stray Bullet Goes Through Apartment Window

The NYPD released video footage of a wild shootout that took place in Corona last month – and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects involved.

The gunfight took place at about 12:30 a.m. on April 19 in front of a tire shop at 46-04 108 St.

Several people exchanged gunfire, and one person is shown in the video ducking behind an SUV and then returning fire. Two other people believed to be involved were pictured riding on a motorcycle.

All of those involved quickly fled the area following the shooting.

No one was injured in the mayhem, but a parked car was shot up, and a stray bullet also flew into a bedroom window in an apartment at 104-67 47 Ave.

No arrests had been made in connection to the shootout as of Sunday.
