Flushing Couple Found Stabbed to Death Inside Their Home

Police are investigating the death of a couple found stabbed inside their Flushing home Wednesday.

The couple was discovered inside their second-floor apartment near 37th Avenue and Parsons Boulevard by their landlord at about 10 a.m.

Police responded to a 911 call and discovered the pair unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds about the torso. EMS responded to the scene and pronounced them dead.

The names of the victims have yet to be released, but one victim is a 67-year-old man, while the other a 64-year-old female.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

One of the perpetrators allegedly pulled out a small silver revolver and threatened the victim, while the others forcibly removed two yellow gold necklaces worth $2,000, according to the police report; however, an NYPD spokesman said it is not clear if that was the value of both chains or each one individually.
