Man in Minivan Flashed Teenage Girl at College Point Shopping Center: NYPD

Police are looking for a man who flashed a teenage girl from inside a car at a College Point shopping center last week.

The 17-year-old girl was walking inside the shopping center, located near 132nd Street and 14th Avenue, when a man inside a Chrysler Town and Country opened the car door and exposed himself as she walked towards the vehicle, police said.

Police said the vehicle is a Chrysler Town and Country with a yellow New York plate.

A Queens grand jury indicted a married couple from Jamaica Estates for abusing nine infants and toddlers at the daycare center they operated in the home on 188th Street near Midland Parkway, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced on Thursday.

Ilya Davydov, 48, and Ksenia Davydov, 41, promised to provide a “safe, caring, and nurturing environment” for the children entrusted into their care.
