Police are looking for a man in connection with a series of armed robberies that took place across Queens earlier this month.

The robberies occurred over a 24-hour period in Corona, Dutch Kills and Willets Point late last week, according to the NYPD.

The first robbery took place at a car repair garage at 126-50 Northern Blvd. on Thursday, Oct. 3 at around 6:15 p.m. Police said that a 49-year-old man was closing the establishment for the night when the suspect approached him and asked him if there were any cars for sale.

The perpetrator then took out a gun and demanded the victim’s wallet, making off with $150 in cash.

The second incident occurred a day later at 126-01 38th Ave. at 4 p.m. on Friday Oct. 4. This time, the suspect approached two employees at Auto Body Shop and once again produced a gun. He made off with a cellphone and $150 in cash.

An hour later, the suspect entered Smokey Inc. at 41-02 102nd St., where he threatened to shoot a 51-year-old employee and demanded money. The employee complied and the man fled southbound on 102nd Street with $180 cash.

Police obtained CCTV footage from the second robbery. The suspect is described as black and was seen wearing a dark-hooded jacket.
