NYPD: Man Swipes Cell Phone Off Woman on 7-Train Near Flushing-Main Street Station

Police are looking for a man who snatched a woman’s phone out of her hands on the Flushing-bound 7 train on Nov. 6.

The suspect allegedly approached a 25-year-old woman and grabbed her phone as the train was approaching the Flushing-Main Street Station at 2:50 p.m. He then fled the train and ran out of the station, police say.

The man is described as Hispanic, about 25 years old, 5 feet 10 inches and about 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a camouflage pattern hooded jacket and a pink backpack.
