Police Release Photos of Men Who Allegedly Burglarized Flushing Building

Police have released surveillance photos of three men who allegedly broke into a Flushing building and stole jewelry last month.

The men forced their way into the building, located near Haight Street and 41st Avenue, between 3:30 a.m. and 4:45 a.m. on Aug. 15 and took off with jewelry, bags and clothing, police said.

Police believe one of the three men broke into the same building just two days prior–between 2:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 13– and stole cash, checks and credit cards .

The three suspects are described as Asian.

Suspect sought for burglary of on-campus church at St. John’s University: NYPD

Police from the 107th Precinct in Fresh Meadows are still looking for a burglary suspect who robbed a church on the Hillcrest campus of St. John’s University last month.

The unidentified man entered St. Thomas More Church through an unlocked door at around 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 11. Once inside, the perpetrator removed $300 in cash from one of the offices. The suspect ran off in an unknown direction and remains at large a month later, police said Wednesday.
