An alleged Queens prostitute was criminally charged today in connection to a fatal overdose of a 60-year-old College Point man, her alleged second victim.

Angelina Barini, 41, has been indicted in Brooklyn federal court on charges of distributing and possessing fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine that caused the fatal overdose of the College Point man, according to prosecutors. She pleaded not guilty to the charges this afternoon.

The victim, whose identity has yet to be released, died of a fatal overdose on Aug. 5, 2019. Barini has previously been charged for a July 11 overdose death of another Queens man at the Crown Motor Inn, located at 74-01 Queens Blvd in Woodside.

Barini is also linked to two other fatal overdoses at borough motels, including the death of a well-known Cipriani chef on Aug. 21 at the Kamway Lodge, located at 40-36 77th St in Elmhurst and the overdose death of a man at the Airway Inn near LaGuardia Airport on July 4.

She has yet to be formally charged in connection to those two overdose deaths.

“Barini has shown little regard for the life of another, and with the drugs laced with fentanyl that she allegedly peddled, she offered her victims an experience they would never survive,” stated HSI Special Agent-in-Charge Peter Fitzhugh. “This is a painful reminder to anyone looking to satisfy a high, that their life is not worth anything to those offering deadly drug cocktails for a profit.”

If convicted of causing the death of an overdose victim, Barini faces a mandatory minimum of 20 years imprisonment and a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

She is due back in court on Nov. 21.
