Two shots were fired at a vehicle in a car chase through Forest Hills Tuesday.

The suspects, who were in a blue Honda Accord, drove up alongside a man who was in a vehicle on Yellowstone Boulevard–near Ingram Street–at around 4:20 p.m. The driver of the Honda spoke to the victim through the window while a passenger in that vehicle brandished a firearm.

The victim, 34, immediately drove off and the suspects followed him in the blue Honda. During the chase, the passenger in the Honda leaned out of the window and fired two shots at the victim’s vehicle.

The victim drove to the 112th Precinct on Austin Street and the two suspects fled the scene on Austin Street. There were no injuries reported.

The police have few details as to the suspects other than the operator of the Honda is believed to be Hispanic, while the passenger is described as a male who was wearing a gray shirt or sweatshirt.

Three sought in armed robbery near Flushing Meadows Corona Park: NYPD

Police from the 110th Precinct in Elmhurst are looking for armed robbers who targeted a 26-year-old woman in Corona and remain at large nearly two weeks later.

Police say three strangers approached the woman as she walked near the Playground for All Children in Flushing Meadows Corona Park at Corona Avenue and Saultell Avenue at around 4:20 a.m. on Friday, July 12. One of the perpetrators allegedly pulled out a small silver revolver and threatened the victim, while the others forcibly removed two yellow gold necklaces worth $2,000, according to the police report; however, an NYPD spokesman said it is not clear if that was the value of both chains or each one individually.
