Two brand-name hotels are scheduled to open in Queens in August.

Four Points by Sheraton is set to open at 33-68 Farrington St. in Flushing, while a Holiday Inn Express & Suites will be opening at 64-10 Queens Blvd. in Woodside.

The soft opening and ribbon cutting ceremonies for both locations are tentatively set for Aug. 2, with rooms available after Aug. 15, says Sherry Chu, a spokesperson for Real Hospitality Group, which manages both properties on behalf of Century Development Group.

The Sheraton will have 210 rooms, a business center and a 7,000 square foot meeting room. It will occupy space in the newly-constructed 15 story Farrington Tower.

In addition, the hotel will have an on-site fitness center, an indoor pool plus a bar and restaurant on location.

The Sheraton is located in downtown Flushing near subway/train stations and within a short walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The hotel will also have 100 employees.

Meanwhile, the Holiday Inn Express will have 135 rooms, a business center and a 1,200-square foot meeting room. It will also include an on-site fitness center.

The Holiday Inn, which will have about 40 employees, is located on the Queens Boulevard thoroughfare, accessible to business travelers.

The grand opening parties for both hotels are expected to be held in September.
